We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales to join our corporate sales team in Gurgaon to drive the sales process with prospective customers & hunting/acquiring new logos catering to Delhi NCR market.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the strategic growth of the existing and new accounts.
  • Market Research & Generating leads using business promotion tools effectively.
  • Working closely with client/customers to understand the business objectives and act as their trusted guide.
  • Developing, Managing and Renewing standalone existing accounts
  • Preparation and Delivery of Client Specific presentation
  • Market Mapping & Competitor Analysis
  • Achieving Individual redefined sales targets on a monthly/yearly basis .
  • Working with cross-functional teams like operations, marketing, compliance, HR etc. to help align our service/product and marketing materials with customer feedback

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good networking/connect in the market
  • Well versed with Delhi NCR demographics.
  • Self starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience selling/connecting to C-Level.
